- Customer Reception and Consultation
providing personalized car advice.
- Showcase the features and different
configurations of automobile products & arrange test drives for
customers.
- Actively negotiate sales with customers
& utilize sales skills to close deals & achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain good relationships
with customers respond promptly to customer questions and needs &
follow up on customer satisfaction after car purchases.
- Record customer information, prepare
reports on sales performance and provide data support for sales strategy
adjustments
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Continuously learn and improve automotive
product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities to
enhance personal professionalism and sales skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to
collectively achieve the company’s set sales goals and performance
targets.
- Customer Needs Analysis and Personalized
Suggestions
- Market Promotion and Customer Development
- Assist customers in completing
car-related document preparation.
- After-Sales Service Promotion.
Requirements
- A Diploma or above in Sales or Business
Management.
- 2 years & above experience in sales
or Marketing.
- Strong initiative, positive work attitude
& passion for car sales work.
- Strong sense of career development &
willingness to face challenges.
- Driving license holder with driving
experience of more than 2 years.
- Good teamwork spirit & customer
service awareness.
- Good interpersonal communication skills,
adaptability & problem-solving ability.
