Key Responsibilities:

their needs.
- Offer expert advice to customers on
product selection, leveraging your knowledge of our merchandise to drive
sales.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store,
adhering to merchandising standards and ensuring a clean and organized
environment.
- Manage online communities to foster
engagement and promote brand awareness, responding to customer inquiries
and facilitating positive interactions.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in business,
marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in
sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Experience in digital marketing and
graphic design is advantageous, showcasing proficiency in leveraging
online platforms for sales and promotional activities.
- Prior experience in selling within a
kids’ clothing store is a plus, indicating familiarity with the unique
dynamics of this market segment.
