Responsibilities:
Outsourcing quality leads & converting them
through networking
Marketing and selling company products online and
offline targeting
local and diaspora clients
Presenting the company in industry events both online
and offline
Cold/warm calling prospective and installment land
customers to give
feedback and respond to questions
Reporting customer complaints/feedback/suggestions to
supervisor
Sales pipeline management from initial engagement,
site visits, initial
documentation, payment(s), to final documentation
handover
Customer relationship management
Meeting allocated sales targets
Desired Experience And Skills:
Real estate sales and marketing experience
Exposure to sales of high value products such as
insurance, stocks,
financial, or related.
Time management and customer service
Ability to communicate clearly to different types of
customers
Existing understanding of plots selling business in
Kenya
Computer and smartphone applications proficiency such
as report
writing, email and applications
Professional negotiation and persuasion skills
Desired Experience And Skills:
Diploma/ degree in sales or business-related course
Sales and marketing/Real Estate Certification
Computer and Smartphone proficiency
Professionalism
A good sense of grooming

The company will offer a retainer and the necessary
help and support to ensure you succeed in selling and meeting your targets. The
performance will be measured by units sold and targets met and a competitive
sales commission will be offered for the unit(s) sold.
