Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, preparing and managing the
publication and distribution of publicity materials
Organizing a calendar of marketing events, such as
promotions, exhibitions, product launches, open days or fundraising activities.
Look for partnerships that will benefit the company.
Researching advertising trends.
Determining which marketing content will reach our
consumers
Coming up with marketing campaigns and implement the
campaigns so as to meet marketing strategy requirements.
Providing accurate reports and analysis to clients
and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
Developing projects to create content for all
platforms.
Social media marketing and website update.
Collaborating with colleagues from across digital
departments to ensure branding is consistent.
Administration work; i.e. requisition of items or
services required.
Supporting the welfare committee and giving
recommendations
Analyse marketing campaign performance and report on
key metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates).
Represent the company at marketing events and trade
shows.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and
technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a
related field (or equivalent experience). ·
3+ years of experience in marketing or a relevant
field.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best
practices.
Excellent researching, writing and verbal
communication skills.
Proficient in project management and marketing
automation tools (e.g., SEO tools, social media scheduling platforms).
Experience with content creation is a plus.
Analytical skills with the ability to track and
interpret marketing data.
