Duties and responsibilities
- Implementing Human Resource policy and
procedures and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Participating in the talent acquisition
and placement process and on-boarding new employees.
- Coordinating training programs
- Implementing & coordinating
performance management programs.
- Managing and maintaining employee medical
and wellness scheme.
- Maintaining compliance with all labor and
employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resource
management from a recognized university
