Job
Purpose:
The
Finance Officer will be instrumental in integrating our customers into our
newly developed banking ecosystem. This role involves working closely with both
our finance department and medical sales representatives to ensure seamless
onboarding and activation of our banking platform, facilitating better cash
flow management and enhanced service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule
and conduct one-on-one meetings with interested customers to discuss
benefits and address concerns.
- Coordinate
the onboarding process of existing customers to banking platforms,
ensuring a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
- Work
alongside medical sales representatives to promote the understanding and
adoption of the new payment system.
- Track
customer usage patterns and provide guidance on maximizing platform
benefits.
- Monitor
and daily report on the progress of customer onboarding, aiming to achieve
at least 50% customer transition to the new payment method within 3
months.
- Provide
training and support to customers and internal teams on the use of the
banking platform.
- Liaise
with partner banks to resolve any issues and improve the overall customer
experience.
- Analyze
financial data to assess the effectiveness of the ecosystem and suggest
improvements.
- Serve
as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with the
banking platform.
- Collaborate
with the bank’s customer service teams and internal IT support to
troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Develop
contingency plans, SOPs, Policies and Scenario Planning Strategies for
addressing unforeseen challenges or disruptions that may arise during the
onboarding process.
- Ensure
compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Minimum
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At
least 1 years of experience in banking or a closely related financial
sector.
- Strong
understanding of financial products and banking operations.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proven
ability to manage projects and coordinate teams across multiple locations.
- Strong
analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience
in customer service or customer relationship management.
- Knowledge
of the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
