allowing expansion into 11 branches in Nairobi (10) and Mombasa (1).
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in HR or related field.
- Two years of
experience as an employee relationship Officer.
- Registered
member of IHRM.
- Higher diploma
in Human Resources, CHRP is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop positive
employee relations strategies.
- Guide managers
and employees on HR matters.
- Collaborate on
policy development and compliance.
- Handle
grievances and disciplinary actions. 5. Ensure Occupational Health &
Safety compliance.
