Our
client is an internet service provider looking to hire an Administrative
Officer who will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our
Internet Service Provider Company. This position requires an individual who is
efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced
environment.
Responsibilities:
- Office
Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and
optimal use of resources. Maintain office supply inventory and manage
procurement as necessary.
- Documentation: Prepare,
manage, and store company documents and contracts with accuracy and
confidentiality. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining
to documentation and data management.
- Communication: Serve as the
first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Manage
correspondence and routing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling: Coordinate
appointments, meetings, and room bookings. Assist in planning and
organizing company events and functions.
- Customer Support: Handle
customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate
information. Support the customer service team in resolving issues and
maintaining high service standards.
- Billing and
Accounting Support: Assist the finance department with
invoicing, billing, and the tracking of payments. Ensure timely and
accurate processing of financial documents.
- Technical
Coordination: Liaise with the technical team to support the
scheduling and deployment of field operations, including maintenance and
installation appointments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven 3 years
experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
- Strong
organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge
of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency
in MS Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn
new software and systems.
- Ability
to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
