Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through
various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough research to
understand client needs and requirements.
Present our products/services to
potential clients and effectively communicate their benefits and features.
Negotiate terms and conditions of
sales agreements to close deals.
Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Meet and exceed sales targets and
performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion
abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented
with a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as
part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
and CRM software.
High school diploma required;
bachelor’s degree preferred.
