The holder of this position will play
a crucial role in supporting the Management in the day-to-day operations. This
role requires meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in financial
analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
Assist in Performing financial
management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and
submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial
health of the company.
Oversee the operations and development
of the company’s finance department including reviewing policies, budgeting,
training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly
and annual account reconciliations monitor and enforce compliance with tax and
financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Assist in the preparation and documentation of the company’s statements and forecasts.
Assist in creating strategic business
plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
Assist in the day-to-day financial
operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Assist in the preparation of monthly
and quarterly management reporting
Assist in strategic data analysis,
research, and modelling for senior company leadership
Assist in Support project analysis,
validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
Assist in the management of the
company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting
policies and regulatory requirement
Qualifications
CPA Section 4
Bachelor’s degree in business,
finance, accountancy, statistics, economics, or related subject
Minimum 3 years of experience in
accounting
Ability to synthesize large quantities
of complex data into actionable information
Knowledge of financial reporting and
data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
Excellent business judgment,
analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong demonstrated use of Excel,
Word, and PowerPoint
