What You Will Do:

  • Support the process for the definition of corporate objectives and tactics in co-operation with corporate and regional management and ensure the overall process realization for yearly and periodical financial planning
  • Steer the local process for yearly and periodical financial planning in co-operation with the business units in line with regional objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of systems to ensure the availability of East Africa data analysis and needed information (routine financial reporting and special project) to support decision making processes.
  • Critically evaluate business performance and trends across all East African countries and contribute to development of respective actions.
  • Capable of performing detailed financial analysis including advanced financial modeling, profitability analysis, return on investment/discounted cash flow analysis, monitoring business issues and impact to bottom line.
  • Heavy involvement in helping Finance Manager budget and re-forecast operations / finance of the company. To design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts.
  • Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed timelines are met.
  • Perform various analytical functions, including analyzing proposed introduction of new products, etc. and provide actionable insights.

Position Details:

Candidate must reside in: Nairobi

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Field – Finance/Commerce
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Knowledge ERP systems
  • Professional training in accounts CPA (II)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar industry
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
