Our organisation is on the lookout for a People Specialist: Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for managing and supporting the full recruitment cycle in the Greater Africa region. We are looking for an exceptional TA specialist based in Nairobi, Westlands. As a People Specialist: Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for:


  • Management of Processes and Procedures Relating to Talent Acquisition
  • Understand strategic business priorities to ensure sourcing efforts are focused on business needs
  • Identify how changes in business strategy impact talent planning needs and know the best sourcing channels and messages to reach different talent segments
  • Implement and maintain recruitment processes to achieve recruitment targets
  • Reporting
  • Continuously keep abreast of and report on trends and developments relating to talent acquisition
  • Communicate relevant insights to stakeholders
  • Identify risks and problems and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures
  • Monitor and provide feedback on processes and procedures to all stakeholders
  • Compile monthly EXCO and operational reporting on statistics, trends and best practises
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Actively build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, internally

What are we looking for?

  • Candidate should be based in Nairobi, Westlands.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably as an in-house specialist dealing with senior stakeholders. Generalist HR Experience would be desirable.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role, with a focus on international and regional recruitment within Greater Africa
  • Recruitment, staffing and onboarding principles, practices & procedures skills.
  • Applicant tracking systems.
  • Have negotiation skills
