Administration Officer I
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Served in the grade of Administrative
Officer II for a minimum of two (2) years or other comparable and relevant
position in the Public Service or Private Sector;
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any Social
Science or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
- Demonstrated merit and ability as
reflected in work performance and results; and
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6)
of the Constitution of Kenya 2010; Integrity, Honesty, and Accountability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- An officer at this level will be
responsible to the Senior Administration Officer for assigned
administration functions.
- Monitoring the achievement of divisional
targets to ensure the realization of organizational goals;
- Implementation of administration
division resolutions and instructions of the Deputy Director of Central
Facilitation Services for effective service delivery;
- Supervision and provision of staff with
visionary leadership that harnesses the strengths of individuals and
promotes their performances;
- Ensuring general cleanliness of the
office to ensure compliance with the Occupation Safety and Health Act and
the ODPP policies and to create a conducive working environment for the
ODPP;
- Providing travel assistance to ODPP
staff as required;
- Arrange office equipment and furniture
to ensure the office is organized and that there is efficient utilization
of space; and
- Supervising the performance of staff in
junior positions in the division.
