The Market Research
Project Coordinator specializing in Time and cost Optimization for Electric and
biomass projects is a pivotal role within our organization. This individual
will lead in defining project scopes, developing detailed plans, and ensuring seamless
coordination with cross-functional teams. They will be instrumental in
evaluating and optimizing project budgets while maintaining high-quality
standards and will also serve as the custodian of research outputs and
documents, ensuring their secure storage and controlled access.
The ideal candidate holds
a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, demonstrates proficiency in market
research, project coordination, and cost optimization, and possesses
exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Duties and
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate
within MR teams to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop
detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget
estimates.
Monitor
project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective
actions as needed, in collaboration with project leads/officers
Provide
regular project updates, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and key
milestones.
Cost Optimization:
Evaluate
project budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction or optimization.
Together
with HOD and project leads, develop and implement cost-saving strategies while
maintaining quality and project integrity.
Monitor
expenses and track cost-saving initiatives to ensure targets are met.
Custodian of Research
Outputs and Documents:
Establish
and maintain a systematic storage and retrieval system for all research
documents, ensuring easy access for relevant stakeholders.
Safeguard
the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive research materials, adhering to
data protection and privacy regulations.
Organize
and maintain a comprehensive database of research findings, reports, and
related documentation.
Facilitate
controlled access to research outputs, ensuring that authorized team members
can retrieve information efficiently.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Proven
experience in market research, project coordination, and cost optimization.
Excellent
organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse
teams.
Demonstrated
ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
