Assistant Director Supply Chain Management Services
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing activities in
Supply Chain Management Units. Specific duties involve initiating and
formulating Supply Chain Management Policies for the use of the service. The
officer will be responsible for planning, organizing, administration, and
control of the Supply Chain Management Units in the department. Ensure the
correct implementation of the Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act, 2015,
and other statutes, policies, rules, and regulations that may impact Supply
Chain Management.
Requirement for Appointment
At least eight (8) years
of relevant experience
Must be serving officer in
Nyandarua County Public Service
Bachelor’s Degree in any
of the following fields; Commerce, Business Administration, Economics,
Procurement and Supplies Management, Marketing, Law, or their equivalent
qualification from a recognized institution
A Masters Degree in any of
the above stated fields of study
Demonstrated Merit and
Ability as reflected in Work Performance and Results
