Internal Auditor – 2 Positions
Duties and
Responsibilities: –
Vouching
sample transactions in audit investigation and verification;
Preparing
engagement and work plans;
Recording
proceedings of entry and exit meetings;
Collecting
and analyzing data and statistics; and
Preparing
audit working papers
Requirements for
Appointment: –
For appointment to this grade an officer must have: –
Bachelor’s
degree in any of the following fields: Commerce (Accounting
or Finance option), Business Administration (Finance or Accounting
option) from a Recognized institution or any other relevant
equivalent qualification; Plus
Certified
Internal Auditor (CIA) III/Certified Public Accountants of Kenya CPA (K) or its
equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
Certificate
in computer applications skills.
