Team you will Join:
The Solar Sales Associate will work as a part of the ESA Part team to help Sun King expand their market of inverter systems to new, unexplored markets across and beyond the current active areas by finding relevant importers and distribution partners to help Sun King expand its inverter market.
We are looking for a go getter, apt researcher, capable of navigating the internet to deliver stellar leads within the within the off-grid inverter industry.

About the Role:

The Solar Sales associate  job purpose will be  to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, develop sales opportunities by prospecting, soliciting and identifying potential accounts. They will be expected to build rapport with customers/installers while providing technical information and explanations and finally support with preparing and presenting quotations


Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers – planning and

organizing installer sales visits in major towns in the country.

Identify customers’ requirements and how we can leverage that to our benefit.

Establish personal rapport with potential installers/clients to understand their needs & requirements.

Provide product and technical information to potential clients.

Prepare monthly reports as directed by the line manager.

Prepare quotations and directly present to clients and demonstrate how our product meets client’s needs.

Strategic reporting

Document all sales activities, generate reports and keep records on transactions with clients.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales visits, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

Maintain a database for Solar Technicians and Distributors who can partner with our organization.


Possess a Diploma or Higher in Electrical & Electronics, or business related course with professional qualifications in sales and marketing.

Have a proven track record in technical sales & marketing.

Knowledgeable of Solar Systems i.e. Inverter and Battery System.

Have a clear geographical knowledge of the region will be an added advantage.

Have Business Management skills with ability to organize, schedule, prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Possess excellent Communication skills

Have high levels of Integrity

Are proactive, self-driven, and results oriented individual

Are easily adaptable to different cultures

Possess strong organization and planning skills

Are self-motivated and loyal.
