dynamic Sales Executive to offer inbound and outbound sales support to the
company’s sales targets and strategy.. We pride ourselves on our commitment to

goal. As a Senior Customer Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our
sales efforts, responsible for converting both outbound and inbound leads into
satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
Proactively reach out to outbound leads through various communication
channels (phone, email, social media) to nurture relationships, understand
their needs, and convert them into paying customers.
- Inbound Sales:
Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries and leads, providing
product information, addressing customer questions, and guiding prospects
through the sales process.
- Product
Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to
effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions
to potential customers.
- Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the Sales Team Manager to develop and execute sales
strategies, including identifying target markets, customer segments, and
competitive positioning.
- Customer
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships by ensuring exceptional service and addressing customer
concerns or issues promptly.
- Sales Metrics:
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion
rates, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
- Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market
dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Sales
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities,
including customer interactions, sales calls, and progress updates in the
CRM system.
- Sales Support:
Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure a
seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Feedback Loop:
Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to inform product
development and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience
in outbound and inbound sales, preferably in retail.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent
negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in
CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated
