Minimum Requirements
- He/She should be flexible and adaptable enough to work in a
multicultural environment;
- Should be a creative and innovative team player;
- Should be a person of integrity; morally upright and mature;
- Should be able to work under minimu supervision;
- Should have excellent team leadaership skills
- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
- PhD holder (in Distance or related Learning) or equivalent;
- Must be of Academic Rank of a Senior Lecturer and above
- Must meet the requirements of chapter 6 of the Constitution
of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity
- Minimum five years demonstrable experience
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate ODeL Programs and Services;
- Coordinate Research for improved services;
- Creating awareness on online learning;
- Facilitate Admission to ODeL Programmes;
- Leverage use of ICT in e-Learning.
- Overall supervision of ODeL programmes/delivery;
- Training of users in the Technology;
