Job Purpose: We seek to hire a Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to assist in achieving the companies’ goals a highly motivated sales executive who will be tasked with generating revenue for the company by sourcing for potential clients and follow through with the existing clients, counselling clients on market conditions and developing competitive prices.

S/he will develop customized digital marketing strategies, suggest improvements to existing strategies, and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement.

Our client is a well – established real estate company that offer a full range of agency, property management, valuation, professional and consultancy services.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

Display and market real property to possible buyers

Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.

Manage property auctions or exchanges

Maintain and update listings of available properties

Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

Attain all set KPI’s and revenue targets

Discover the new ways for businesses to engage with existing customers and attract new ones by evaluating the current marketing strategy.

Suggest or implement improvements in areas like SEO, social media, email marketing, and website design.

Improve and manage company branding, increase client engagement and communications with creative social media, email, mobile or local marketing campaigns.

Improve business site’s Google ranking by adding new keywords, analyzing and optimizing web pages. Implement content development strategy to website and blogs.

Evaluating marketing budgets and allocating spending on various marketing needs accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following soft-skills and competencies:

Degree / Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing or any relevant field

Must have real estate sales experience selling both Land, residential and commercial properties.

At least 3 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales

Highly motivated with excellent communication skills

Result Oriented, confident and with good negotiation skills

Professionalism in property management

Good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including web development, SEO, social media marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, marketing automation and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Dash.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Strong project management skills.
