People Partner, Projects & Expansions
We are looking for a Senior People professional to join
our global People Partnering team. People Partner, Projects &
Expansions will be responsible for our growing markets as we expand across
multiple regions as an organization.
You will have the opportunity of partnering up with
external vendors and key expansion managers on expansion and growth programs,
practices & policies and company compliance to ensure our growth is aligned
with the Bolt global standards, and on par with relevant local requirements.
You will be responsible for identifying and assessing the requirements
throughout each stage of the market growth, through analysis of data and solid
understanding of the business requirements, in order to ensure proactive,
efficient and qualitative Project support.
You will be responsible for collaborating with external
stakeholders, and ensuring internal teams and resources required for the
success of the market launch are engaged throughout the process to launch the
market successfully. You will additionally ensure that expansion markets are
included in various global People programs and initiatives at the relevant
time, ensuring employees in those regions have an aligned Bolt employee
experience.
Your daily adventures
will include:
- Developing and maintaining
up-to-date Lightweight market playbook.
- Managing the relationship with
vendors in Lighweight markets including EOR and shortlist of ER lawyers
(in collaboration with legal).
- Managing People projects that cut
across International region.
- Stakeholder engagement and
communication within Lightweight & Franchise markets.
- Managing projects to transition
Lightweight/Franchise markets into principal markets from a People
perspective, collaborating with the business leaders, finance, tax,
commerce, regulatory, legal, marketing, PR and other key functions.
- Responsible for Lightweight
markets Compensation Reviews.
- Managing Performance for
Lightweight markets.
- Managing data and employee
listening for Lightweight markets.
- Ensuring Lightweight markets
participate in relevant People initiatives globally.
- Maintaining Lightweight market
salary ranges and have market practice knowledge.
- Managing employee benefits for Lightweight
markets.
- Ensuring Bolt & I pages are
updated and employees are informed of general workplace policies &
procedures within their markets.
- In Country policies best
practice, design and implementation aligned with local labour laws and
compliance requirements.
You will get extra credits for:
- Experience in working in a fast
paced tech-company.
- Experience using Project
Management tools and/or systems that integrate well within HRIS or ERPs.
- Undergraduate degree in Project
Management; Post graduate degree in HR is a plus.
