Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Veterinary Medicine.
- Be proficient in computer skills.
- Possess analytical skills, report
writing skills and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have graduated not earlier
than 2016.
- Be the age of 18 years to 35
years of age.
- Must have NHIF, KRA, NSSF
registration and personal risk insurance for the said period.
Job Description
- An intern will be expected to
carry out Veterinary Services activities at the county and sub county
level under the County Director Veterinary Services.
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Undertaking disease control
activities such as disease search, vaccination and enforcement of
livestock movement regulations.
- Treating sick animals and
advising on good veterinary practices.
- Collecting data and preparing
reports on animal health, products and markets.
- Completing duties/tasks mutually
agreed upon and assigned by supervisor
