Job Requirements
The minimum level of academic
qualifications required to perform effectively in the role is a Bachelor’s
Degree in Information Communication Technology, Information Technology or
Computer Science.
The following professional qualification will be an added
advantage:
A+, N+, Cisco Network Certified
Network Analyst (CCNA), CISA certification or any other related professional
certification.
Minimum level of knowledge that would be regularly
applied to the job:
Demonstrate Knowledge on Software and
Hardware Maintenance Computer literacy.
Job Description
Purpose of the job
Responsible for provision of ICT
infrastructure technical support, including network configuration, cabling,
maintenance of computers and configuration of internet.
Operational responsibilities/Tasks
Reporting to Principal ICT Officer
Develop and install application
systems
Configure local Area network and Wide
Area Network.
Repair and maintenance of ICT
infrastructure.
Draw hardware specification.
Provide data backup for all ICT
equipment and ensure they are secure
Develop reports on ICT standards
Ensure that the website and associated
applications are updated from time to time.
Conduct user support training
