Job Title: Engineer Graduate Trainee

We are offering a six month
program for entry-level positions that doubles up as a training program
designed to introduce individuals to multiple areas of the company and build up
experience and knowledge.
Job Description
The successful candidates will
assist in performing the following job duties:
Inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to the
production manager.
Ensuring materials are available for production
manufacturing.
Installation of materials in the company for
marketing.
Running machinery to produce materials.
Operating machinery and equipment to produce goods
efficiently and effectively to ensure that all equipment is maintained and used
properly to avoid any accidents or malfunctions.
Monitoring production processes to ensure that it is
running smoothly and on schedule to identify and troubleshoot any issues that
arise to avoid delays and maintain quality.
Quality control to ensure that the products meet the
required standards and specifications which includes inspecting the products
for defects, identify any quality issues and take corrective actions when
necessary.
Record keeping to maintain accurate production
records, including the number of units produced, any defects or quality issues,
and any other relevant information.
Any other duties that may be assigned to you.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical engineering, mechanical
engineering or related field.
Awaiting graduation or have recently graduated.
No prior work experience.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent writing and reporting skills
Strong communications skills
