has Outreach Health Services at Kisii, Kakamega, Kitale, Bungoma, Kericho,
Kibuye-Kisumu, West End- Kisumu, Busia, Homa - Bay, Migori, Bomet and Eldoret.
The Hospital is seeking to
attract interested and qualified applicants to fill the positions listed below:
Meal Server (Locum)
Vacancy no: AKHK/CT/MS/4/23
Overall Responsibility: The successful candidate will be responsible for
general service of meals to all clients and maintenance of a hygienic
environment within the catering department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that correct food orders are taken from patients and
clients.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service to all clients.
- Manage all menus and request of food orders by analyzing and
summarizing orders prior to service.
- Investigates and report complaints regarding food quality and
service for appropriate action.
- Ensure proper food safety processes and procedures are
adhered to.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Food and beverage service.
- Three years’ working experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the HACCP system is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
