We are looking for outstanding
candidates to apply for a vacant position in the capacity of a Kili Shop Growth
Associate.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment for potential
web store sales owners
2. Management of regional sales
accounts for owners including tracking products, increasing sales and payment
confirmation.
3. Conducting Training for Web
store owners.
4. Identify profitable business
opportunities for web store owners to match with our product.
5. Report writing.
Required Skills and Competencies:
1. Diploma or degree in
business management or related courses.
2. 1-2 years experience in
accounts management preferred.
3. Good customer support and
communication skills.
4. Experience working with
training tools i.e google meet, zoom.
5. Strong organization and
coordination skills, experience with MS office tools.
6. Good interpersonal skills
with strong sense of teamwork.
