Business Development Associate
We are looking for
intelligent, confident, persuasive and industrious individuals to sell
educational technology products to schools in Kenya. The job will involve
onboarding new customers, supporting existing customers and gathering feedback
to inform strategies for high customer satisfaction, sustaining Zeraki’s
dominance as the leading Edtech brand in Africa.
Responsibilities
As a Business Development
Associate, you will play a critical role in prospecting, signing up, onboarding
and supporting schools that use our products. You will work to find new sales
leads (through client referrals, cold calling and/ or visiting new schools),
close sales with set targets, and develop & maintain relationships.

You will need to speak
clearly ,listen attentively, and be keen on body language to understand &
articulate the needs and expectations of our customers.
Persistence
Not every lead is going to
be a sale, being able to bounce back if you lose a sale
Flexibility
This is not an 8-5 job!
You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
