Job Responsibilities
Reference Responsibility
- Preparing
stores requisitions;
- Updating
the stores /stocks cards;
- Checking
the stationery issued against requisition made;
- Preparing
stores requisitions for the items which have reached their minimum stock
levels
- Ensuring
the quality of goods delivered by suppliers are of the right/required
quality;
- Delivering
stores to other departments/divisions;
- Preparing
payment vouchers for suppliers
- Distributing
quotations requests
Job Requirements
Reference Qualification
1 Diploma or Higher
Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management or an equivalent qualification
from a recognized institution
2 Membership of the Kenya Institute of
Supplies Management or any other relevant professional body
3 Proficiency in computer applications
4 Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter
Six of the Constitution
