Job Responsibilities

Reference Responsibility

  • Preparing stores requisitions;
  • Updating the stores /stocks cards;
  • Checking the stationery issued against requisition made;
  • Preparing stores requisitions for the items which have reached their minimum stock levels
  • Ensuring the quality of goods delivered by suppliers are of the right/required quality;
  • Delivering stores to other departments/divisions;
  • Preparing payment vouchers for suppliers
  • Distributing quotations requests

Job Requirements

Reference Qualification

1 Diploma or Higher Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
2 Membership of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or any other relevant professional body
3 Proficiency in computer applications
4 Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
