Job Responsibilities
Reference Responsibility
1. Analyzing, designing,
coding, testing, and implementing computer programs
2. Providing user support
3. Receiving, installing and certifying
ICT equipment and configuring the same
4. Developing hardware and software
specifications
5. Undertaking upgrading
of software
6. Updating and keeping inventory on ICT
activities
7. Designing, recomending and evaluating
systems to ensure adherence to established performance standards
8. Implementing,
maintaining and documenting standards of systems
9. Maintaining support systems and trainng
of users
10. Repairing and maintaining of ICT
equipment and associated peripherals
Job Requirements
Reference Qualification
1 Bachelor’s degree in any
of the following disciplines :- Information Technology (IT), Computer Science,
Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or any other ICT related discipline with a
bias in ICT from a recognized institution
2 Certificate in any of the following
field :- MCSE/MCITP (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/ Microsoft Certified
IT Professional) or CCNA/ N+ (Cisco Certified Network Associate/ Network +)
3 Fulfilled the requirements of chapter
six of the Constitution
