Responsibilities
· Undertake
Preventive and Curative maintenance activities as per laid down processes and
procedures specified in the Quality Management Manual
· Provide
a Schedule of Preventive Maintenance activities for your Cluster by the 25th
day of the month for operations of the following month
· Report
defects, order for and collect spare parts needed, carry out the repair and
give the final report of all repair works.
· Coordinate
escalation and incidence management for Curative interventions with your line
manager (Supervisor) and NOC team
· Ensure
that the site is clean and in good order.
· Facilitate
site access and supervise contractors to ensure network up-time is not
interfered with during the same works.
· Raise work orders for replacement of faulty and/or worn-out parts and equipment for optimum site performance.
· Attend
to emergencies on time/ within SLA and carry out first aid works to avoid
network down-time as permanent solution is being carried out.
· Order
diesel for generators in good time and facilitate its delivery in the right
volume.
· Ensure
that all works and operations of the site conforms to the laid down safety
measures.
· Undertake
Preventive and Curative maintenance activities as per laid down processes and
procedures specified in the Quality Management Manual
· Comply
to HSE rules for safe working environment and personal safety by use of the
right tools and safety gear all the time
· Propose
innovations for new services and cost reduction for Broadband as well as
Customers
· Performing
any other related duties assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time
Qualifications
· Diploma
in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (power) or related field
· At
least 2 and above years’ Experience in a busy Telecommunications industry
· Must
have a Valid driving License
