Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cleaning Laundry room;
  • Inspecting and sorting linen before washing;
  • Washing linen and press linens;
  • Ironing and arranging linen;
  • Issuing cleaned linen;
  • Any other duty as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D+ (plus) or its equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate in any of the following disciplines: Laundry, Housekeeping, Tailoring, Dress Making, Textile Technology from a recognized institution.Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Must fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
