Job Description.
Responsibilities
- Processing
loan applications and documentation within specified limits
- evaluating
credit worthiness of the customer
- Communicate
with clients either to request or to provide information
- Complete
loan contracts and counsel clients on terms, policies and restrictions
- Justify
decisions and report on clients.
- Operate
in compliance with the law and regulations and adhere to lending
compliance guidelines
- Maintain
and Update loan account records
- Interview
applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility to grant
loans
- Build
trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Team
player
- Proven
working experience in sales and marketing
- computer
literate
- Ability
to work in a goal oriented environment
- Experience
in loan lending processes
