Our
client in the hospitality industry intends to hire a Sales and Marketing
coordinator who will be tasked with ensuring the effective formulation and
implementation of sales and marketing strategies and efficient coordination of
activities in the sales and marketing department.
Key
Responsibilities:
· Build
and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform
determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
· Generate,
edit, publish, and share, daily content (original text, images, video, or
HTML), that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to
take action
· Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s the social content
· Moderate
all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each
community
· Create
editorial calendars and syndication schedules
· Continuously
improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,
insights, and best, practices, and then acting on the information
· Collaborate
with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation,
identify key players, and coordinate actions
· Conduct
market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Actively
seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social
media
· Set up
meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
· Prepare
and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Create
frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Ensure
the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
· Participate
on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
· Negotiate/close
deals and handle complaints or objections
· Collaborate
with team members to achieve better results
· Gather
feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Key
Qualifications
· Business
or marketing-related degree/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
· 1-2
years’ experience in marketing or sales
· Experience
in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
· Understanding
and knowledge of sales and marketing.
· Strong
analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
· Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Knowledge
of data analysis and report writing.
· The
ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
· Knowledge
of Microsoft Office, Research methods
· High
