Job Vacancy: Mechanical Design Engineer
The
Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of
post-launch design changes.
In
this role you have the possibility to initiate and execute design reviews with
a multi-functional team.
Job
Requirements
· Lead
implementation of post-launch design changes.
· Collaborate
and coordinate between functional groups such as Manufacturing, Quality,
Marketing, and Service
· Create
design change documentation and ensure design change process compliance
· Generate
design concepts, develop detailed designs, ensure design meets specifications
and fulfills its purpose
· Create and revise technical specifications
· Analyze
data from installed base and drives root cause investigation
· Work
with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and to address technical issues.
Job
Specification
· Bachelor’s
degree in engineering.
· Relevant
working experience of 5-8 Year Experience.
· Demonstrated
knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts in mechanical
engineering and ability to employ sound project management
· Mechanical
Design – Expertise regarding mechanical processes and capabilities that impact
design
· Confirmed
understanding of CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks preferred)
· Design
Control – Knowledge in the application of design controls and development
processes
· Strong
written and verbal English communications skills.
