Fiscal Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The job holder is responsible for undertaking the revenue forecasting, analysis and compiling and writing concise reports on specific assignments on financial matters;
  • Processing of budgetary supply matters;
  • Initial evaluation and scrutiny of expenditure proposals and compilation of information required in the budgetary processes;
  • Processing of annual budget, revising estimates of recurrent and development expenditures;
  • Conduct economic forecast and analyze the economic impact of county government policies and legislations.

Requirements for Appointment

  • Bachelor degree in any of the following discipline: finance/economics/business administration/business management or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
  • Not less than three (3) years’ work experience;
  • Proficiency in computer application skills
