Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or
Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities
- Preparing reports of all site
meetings and site visits;
- Taking off/Preparation of Tender
Documents (Bills of Quantities);
- Preparing cost estimates;
- Preparing material schedules;
- Evaluation of tenders;
- Preparation of Interim Payments
Certificates;
- Valuing variations;
- Preparation of Completion
Certificates (Final Accounts);
- General Contract Administration;
- Report to the Chief Executive
Officer, Ward Development Fund;
- Any other duties that may be
assigned from time to time.
