Regional Sales Manager
Job Brief
Jafari Credit Limited is a
Kenyan-based microfinance institution that is registered under the Companies
Act offering payroll lending services at market-beating rates.
Reporting to the
Commercial Director, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for
enhancing business development activities, new customer acquisition &
market penetration by providing sales leadership and execution to achieve set
sales targets.
Principal
Accountabilities
Business Development
- Recruitment
of Agents, Super Agents & Loans Customers In accordance with set
criteria
- Growing
Agents Business Portfolio in assigned region
- Signing
New MOUs with various Civil Servant entities.
- Recruitment,
Training and Managing Business Development Executives
- Prospecting
For New Business Opportunities and Ensuring All clients Are active across
the assigned region
- Planning
and Executing Specific Sales & marketing Programs as directed to
achieve set targets
- Drive
appreciation of Jafari Credit Business across the targeted clients
- Ensuring
100% Compliance to Jafari Credit processes and procedures across the region
- Ensure
the Jafari Credit Corporate image is always maintained
- Gathering
market intelligence for improvement of the Business
- To
generate necessary reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and
basis.
Agent and Client
Administration
- To
facilitate New Agents & Clients On boarding, Creation and Maintenance
in the system
- To
ensure proper relationship Management and execution of all Contracts
Reporting
To send monthly reports on
each client performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree
in a business-related course from an accredited Institution
- Good
product knowledge of the payroll product
- Experience
of at least 5 years in a similar position with a strong performance record
- Experience
in relationship management
- Team
player with excellent interpersonal and Selling skills
- Good
planning and organization skills
- Ability
to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
