Private Wealth Financial Advisor
Job Brief
The Private Wealth Advisor’s role is to increase Assets Under
Management for the organization through the sale of Private Wealth products in
line with set targets.
Principal Accountabilities:

Develop a knowledge of the client’s entire financial situation and
be able to structure a goals-based investment and financial plan.
·
Develop and deliver private wealth education presentations and
sessions to clients and prospects.
·
Develop relationships with management teams of institutions, as
well as cultivating relationships with key industry players in listed and
non-listed space
· Collaborates with the Investment Management and Enablement Teams regarding investment strategy and client portfolio structure.
·
Provide market feedback to facilitate the development of new and
enhancement of existing products that meet client needs. Provide product
recommendations
·
Continuously update and provide feedback on client FAQs
·
Generate and update sales customer relationship management system
·
Maintain a deal pipeline and continuously update on progress
·
Participate in training IFAs on Nabo products
·
Assist in the development of a competitive commission structure
and provide feedback on market
·
Drive business results and acquire new assets under management
through selling financial products to the existing client base and new client
acquisition.
·
Ability to generate KES 100 Mn in sales per month through selling
financial products to existing clients and new clients
·
Develop a knowledge of client’s financial needs and be able to
communicate a goals-based investment plan to meet their needs
·
Provide market feedback to facilitate the development of new
products and enhancement of existing products
·
Continuously update and provide feedback on client FAQs
·
Generate and update customer sales log
·
Maintain a deal pipeline and continuously update on progress
Minimum Requirements:
·
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (Investments,
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration)
·
Enrolled in or progress toward a related professional course
and/or certificate (CFA, ACCA, CPA, CAIA)
·
Minimum of 3 years work experience in investment management
·
Strong knowledge of MS tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·
Have a good understanding of investment products in general
·
Have existing relationships that meet the profile of a Nabo client
