We
seek to hire a Junior
Strategy Advisor.
Reporting
to the Lead consultant, the individual will support Medium Size Businesses
(MSBs) in identifying and resolving strategic issues affecting their
businesses.
Key
Responsibilities
· Develop
strategies and help medium size businesses integrate and operationalize
developed strategies
· Provide
business advisory and analysis support to medium size businesses
· Prepare
business plans, financial plans and pitch decks on behalf of clients
· Prepare
and submit business tenders and bids in line with the outline TORs and
proposals
· Deliver
end-to-end business coaching and consulting assignments
· Manage and deliver projects per required standards and timelines
· Generate
leads and sell WYLDE’s services to medium size businesses
· Conduct
research, analyse, interpret and present data to support decision-making and
problem-solving
· Establish
and build strong client relationships
· Facilitate
access to finance by developing investor-ready proposals
Required
Specifications
· At
least 3 years of experience in Strategy Development and Business Consulting
· A
degree in business administration, finance, accounting, sales and marketing
· Strong
analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyze, and
disseminate information with
· Adept
at queries, report writing and presenting findings
· Good
understanding of general entrepreneurship concepts and strategy development
· Attention
to detail and accuracy
· Ability
to conduct research and analysis under limited guidance;
· Knowledge
of and experience with statistical and reporting packages is an advantage
· Public
speaking
