The objective of the
Murang’a County Government Internship Program 2022 is to provide young adults
with the opportunity to gain skills that can be applied to future jobs, obtain
real workplace experience, and build a professional network among others.
Qualifications
To qualify, an applicant
must;
- Be
a Kenyan citizen not over the age of 35 years
- Be
an unemployed graduate from a recognized training institution who has
completed a degree course in the last 5 years or less, in the relevant
- Not
have benefited from a similar internship program or been exposed to work
experience related to their area of study since
- Not
have exited from formal employment
ALL Applications for
internship should be supported by the applicant’s university/college or related
institution’s records/certificates/transcripts.
TERMS OF SERVICE
- The
County Government will not offer employment after the completion of the
Internship Program
- Successful
candidates will be required to complete twelve (12) months’ Internship
Program to fully benefit from the objectives of the program
- INCOMPLETE
applications will not be considered; and
- Only
short-listed candidates will be contacted
NOTE
- Except
for interns, the Salaries and remuneration for all other posts will be as
Prescribed by Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC)
