Communications Fellow
About the Role
The Communications fellow
will join the External Relations department and play a critical role in
supporting the department’s internal and external communications objectives.

Duties and
Responsibilities
- Generate story ideas and prepare content for social
media.
- Update and maintain all our social media presence,
including daily monitoring and posting.
- Track and analyze website/social media traffic flow
and provide regular internal reports and social media data.
- Support the review of external publications about
the organization.
- Host groups of visitors to present the Fresh
Life/Sanergy Collaborative model.
- Assist in the maintenance of the communications calendar.
- Revamp and update key communications materials
(impact summaries, standard presentations, etc).
- Organize and conduct regular field visits to our
customers for story generation, photography, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or a
related field.
- 6+ months of previous experience in copywriting,
storytelling, editing, running social media campaigns, and storyboarding
is ideal.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, and must
have the ability to tell compelling stories.
- Interest in enhancing proven writing and editing
skills.
- Have a high level of creativity, and with an ability
to use data-driven insights to create content.
- Be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight
deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on a
project team.
- Relationship-building skills, driven, enthusiastic,
and highly motivated.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to take instructions and have a growth
mindset
