Job Title: Client Relationship Manager – Service

Location: Nairobi

The role is tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment business from sourcing, execution, closing, and ensuring the ongoing relationship with the clients.

As such, this role requires an individual with strong entrepreneurial skills, excellent relationship management, effective leadership, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

The job holder should possess a high EQ. High energy levels are desired.

Major Responsibilities:

·  Attending presentations for roles paying more than 100K


·  Ensuring that clients sign contracts before the start of any recruitment.

·  Educating clients on the market status regarding the availability of candidates, salary and statutory obligations.


·  Offering leadership to the account managers by explaining clients’ requirements and briefs, mentorship and coaching.

·  Ensure constant communication with clients on the recruitment status.

·  Work closely with the M.P. to develop a business strategy quarterly.

·  Contacting at least 5 previous clients daily to cultivate an ongoing relationship.

·  Ensure timely invoicing and collection from clients as per agreement.

Skills Required:

·  Bachelor’s degree in an arts-based course or related Field.

·  Ability to engage business owners and senior staff and CEO.

Key Performance Indicators, KPIs:

·  Clients. Scoring clients by visiting new ones and ensuring we only do business with clients who meet our criteria

·  Collection within 30 days. Ensure new clients sign recruitment agreements.

·  Monthly meeting with managing partner for business strategy formulation

·  Contacting at least five employers daily to cultivate a relationship and remain top of mind and ensure repeat business.
