Our client is a leading provider of all managed IT, CLOUD Services, Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Cyber Security Solutions they are looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to Develop and Manage existing business relationships and generate additional and retain existing income the in sales funnel.

Be knowledgeable of all our Software environments and how you can engage the current portfolio customers to see the value in us.

Know our competition and gather market intelligence that will be shared with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs


·  Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

·  Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

·  Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

·  Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

·  Meet and exceed your set revenue and product target by developing relationships with targeted customers.

·  Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs

·  Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs

·  Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

·  Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization

·  Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the team regularly

·  Engage with clients at a senior, decision-making level to understand their business needs, to leverage our Solutions to meet the customer’s business needs and to grow relationships with a longer-term focus.

·  Create a long term and short-term strategy to HOD in conveyance of how you can show the capability to meet and exceed set target

·  Create and manage sales pipeline and achieve pipeline conversion to sales targets.

·  Ability to review self-sales closure ratio and continuously push to reduce it

·  Developing and managing targeted marketing activities with our Sales department.

·  Attend all training on existing or new services offered by the organization

·  Know and adhere to all the setout renewal, cross sell and churn processes and use the systems relevant to the processes (Odoo)

·  Gather market intelligence and share with the team on a daily/weekly basis

·  Work hand in hand with team in analyzing potential areas of growth and where we can groom

·  Any other duties and responsibilities as the company sees fit.

Skills and Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in a Sales and/or Marketing related field

·  4-5 years relevant working experience in Account management three of which should be at the senior level preferably in an ICT environment

·  Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications or its equivalent exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Sophos Sales, Bitdefender Sales, Parallels RAS Sales Managed IT Sales, Standard Operating Procedures

·  Experience or qualification in ICT-related an added advantage.

·  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

·  Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills

·  Good attention to detail and organizational skills

·  Proven Solution Selling or Consultative account development skills with high levels of documentation

·  Excellent presentation skills

·  Learn fast with regard to new systems and solutions

·  Self-starter with excellent communication skill

·  Build relationships internally and externally

·  Work independently, using initiative

·  Work well within a team

·  Attention to detail

·  Efficient written and oral communication skills
