Job Title : Administration Officer – Internship – HR/INT/ADM/01/2023

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for ensuring proper management of facilities, providing conducive work environment in all KenGen premises

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that office furniture and equipment are maintained
  • Overseeing daily and weekly cleaning of offices
  • Receive, distribute, and keep inventory of office furniture
  • Facilitate movement of employees to new workstations
  • Issue tea accessories and other essentials to employees
  • Replenish printing papers in the photocopiers
  • Ensure that the offices and their environs are clean and orderly all the time
  • Ensure clean drinking water and refreshments for employees is provided.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, parcels, and bulky goods within the company

  • Ensure reprographic equipment, telephones and shredders are in good working condition
  • Facilitate payment of utility bills

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
  • Additional Information: Minimum Education Level : Undergraduate
