Brookhurst
International School is a co-educational institution that offers IGCSE
education curriculum and have Early years, preparatory, secondary and A-level.
We
have two campuses located in Lavington and in Kiserian Kajiado county in a
serene environment suitable for learning.
Lavington
school is fully day school while Kiserian campus has boarding and day classes.
We
pursue excellence in all facets and are committed to support our learners
achieve their dreams.
We
have the following vacancies for January 2023.
These
vacancies are arising out of the need to strengthen various departments and
provide personalized learning to increased number of students.
Teaching Vacancies
English Literature (Require having 7 years of experience teaching O level and A level IGCSE in a formal school). Extensive experience in handling examination classes is required).
Physical
Education (PE) with a combination of Geography (At least 5 years of
experience in teaching and organizing sports)
Key
stage 1 teachers (Must have a degree in ECD, or primary option and 5 years
of teaching experience in a formal school).
Assistant
Teachers for Music, art and design, ICT, Geography and History and
special education (Must have completed education degrees from reputable
universities)
Learning Support coordinator
The
incumbent will head the learning support department in Kiserian campus.
Experience
of 7 years in similar position and a degree or master’s in special education is
required.
Teacher
Qualifications
· Must
have a degree in education from reputable learning institutions
· Must
have experience of not less than 5 years in an IGCSE system of education
· Must
have the experience of handling examination classes
· Must be
committed individuals passionate to work with students.
· Must be
result oriented and of high integrity
· Must
uphold and demonstrate good human values
· Must
have a track record of performance in previous schools
· Be
registered as a teacher or you are in the process of registration
