Property Administrator Job in Kenya

Job Title: Property Administrator

Gross Salary: Ksh 45k – 50k

Our client is in the Real Estate industry and they are seeking to hire a Property Administrator who will manage the daily operations of properties, manage financial matters, and handle tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities

·  Overlook daily operations of assigned properties.

·  Accomplishing financial objectives by raising invoices applicable, collection of service charges & rent.

·  Ensuring utilities are paid on time.

·  Resolving residents’ complaints.

·  Enforcing rules of occupancy.

·  Ensuring service providers deliver according to set standards.

·  Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and standards.


·  Supervising caretakers, cleaners, and gardeners.

·  Providing general administrative services.

·  Responding appropriately to emergencies.

·  Ensuring the property is compliant with relevant bodies

·  Renew management contracts when due.

·  Perform any other duties assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

·  A Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

·  Min 2 years’ experience in property management or a similar role.

·  Working knowledge of property regulations.

·  Mechanical, technical knowledge in construction, quantity surveying and valuation will be an added advantage.

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software.

·  Understanding of Marketing and Accounting principles.

·  Strong organizational and time management skills.

·  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·  Good customer service skills
