We
would like to hire a Project Manager who will be tasked with Maintenance /
Managed Services.
They will act as the key interface to the customer for Maintenance activities of projects, including the management of all internal and external resources as well as guarantee customer satisfaction.
Ensure
project activities are executed within the scope of the contract and within the
agreed planning, specifications and in compliance to Quality and Health Safety
and Environment standards
Responsibilities:
· Overall,
In charge of Field Maintenance operations in the assigned Regions
· Responsible
for the delivery of the contracted SLA & KPI targets
· Responsible
for the coordination of Field Maintenance stakeholders -Customers,
subcontractors, and internal support departments
· Ensure
that Field Maintenance operations comply with all processes and procedures in
the ISO
9001:2015 Quality manual and to provide world class network availability and
reliability
· Responsible
for all Planning, Change request approvals and execution of field maintenance
operations
· Shall
Interface with the regional customer teams and handle customer complaint
relating to field
maintenance operations
· Shall
coordinate and control day to day Maintenance of Radio (BSS) & Transmission
(MW),
Power and Air Conditioning systems
· Coordinate
with NOC for efficient implementation of service request and complaint handling
· Shall
ensure optimal use of project resources – people, tools and field fleet
· Ensure
continuous Service Performance improvement
· Spare
parts management
· Customer
management
· Quality
Deployment and integration of new infrastructure as well as equipment
· Enforce
compliance to HSE rules for safe working environment and personal safety
· Lead,
train, and develop all Supervisors, Technicians, and fueling teams in a manner
that ensures optimum performance.
· Analyze
operations reports, identify performance issues, and recommend/implement
corrective
actions.
· Any
other related duty as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
· Provide
daily, weekly and monthly Projects progress reports to Customers and Management
Qualification
and Requirements:
· Bachelor
degree in Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering or related
field
· At
least 7 years work experience 3 years must be in Project Management in
technical field
· Knowledge
of both active and passive maintenance
· Registered
Engineer and PMP Certification is an added advantage
