Kenyan agent for Egyptian International Pharmaceutical Industries Company

Job
Summary
We
are recruiting for both NORTH RIFT and COAST REGIONS.
Under
the management of the Marketing Manager the successful Medical Representative
should be able to continuously meet or exceed the company’s sales targets.
Will
also work closely with other staff in all departments providing support and
guidance.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Visit,
promote and sell company’s pharma products to healthcare staff
· Ensure
careful planning of daily, weekly and monthly activities by adhering to the
plans for maximum impact
· Identify,
negotiate and establish new business opportunities for the company
· Build
and maintain good business relationships with customers for retention
· Generate
leads and prepare presentations for potential customers
· Identify
and resolve any customer related issues and complaints
· Coordinate
and execute marketing activities in line with the company policy and standards
· Other
duties as may be assigned by the Marketing Manager
Requirements
· Relevant
science degree background either in Pharmaceutical, Bio-technology,
Bio-chemistry or Nursing
· Proven
medical sales experience of 1 year and above
· Self
-driven with excellent networking skills
· Strong
negotiation skills
· Excellent
organization skills with time management
· Effective
communication skills with exceptional customer service skills
· Knowledge
of the preferred territory will be an added advantage
