Kwale International Sugar Company Limited is looking for a result-oriented person to fill the position of a Drivers Trainer.
The ideal candidate should be able to instruct drivers in
category B, C, D, and G on: Safety procedures, Preventive maintenance, Startup
procedures and Defensive driving with basic mechanics.
Overall Job
Purpose: To provide theoretical, applied and technical knowledge to
diverse categories of drivers aimed at developing their driving abilities in
terms of capacity, safety and technical understanding.
Duties and
Responsibilities
· Assessing the Trainees’
Knowledge, identifying skill gaps and preparing skill mapping.
· Prepare a Training plan
with cost estimates.
· Deliver engaging and effective training which results in successful outcomes for the company
· Submit daily and weekly
reports on training activities, trainee performance and utilization to
management
· Maintaining
documentation on Training
· Review Training content
periodically and upgrade appropriately
Qualification
· Must possess a relevant
Diploma.
· Must have gone through
all relevant training and possess a Trainer’s certificate.
· A valid instructor’s
License and a clean driving record.
· Proven track record in
motor vehicle technical Training.
· Ability to deliver
technical training in both field and classroom environments.
· Experience performing
repair and strong demonstrated motor vehicle diagnosis and repair procedure
knowledge.
· Excellent interpersonal
skills and presentation skills.
· Ability to deliver
complex knowledge in a simple understandable manner to the trainees.
