Community Health Assistant- CPSB 12/11 (11 Posts)
Responsibilities
In liaison with the Public
health officers and/or Technician; the officer will: –
- Mobilize
and create
awareness on
health issues
in the communities
- Identify
health hazards, and advise the communities accordingly
- Ensure
proper waste management in respective communities
- Enhance
best health and nutritional practices at the household levels
- Identify
contravention of public health laws, policies and
regulations and report to relevant authorities
for appropriate action
- Participate
in all community health integrated programs as assigned
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma
in health or health related field from a recognized institution
- Two
years’ relevant experience
- Membership
to a relevant regulatory body
Terms of Service for All the Above Positions:
Permanent and Pensionable
NB: Salary and allowances for all the positions is as prescribed
by Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC)
